November was a strong month in the equity markets. December is likely to be positive but a bit softer. The
economy has been on solid footing for the most part. There are still some possibilities of inflation that we
need to watch for and we also can’t forget the tenuous nature of war in Ukraine and the Middle East. At this
time of year, I wish each of you a happy and healthy time with the people you love. Look forward to
