It’s time to check in again.  Shamrock’s promise of service and staying uniquely committed to each of you is never far from my mind.  These videos are a glimpse of how we are trying to meet you in a place where what we do makes a difference in your lives.  Shamrock consistently takes an honest look at ourselves to see if we are truly doing all we can to serve others.  Not just in our operations but also in our attitudes and philosophies.  It is a weekly requirement I make of myself to reflect and take a walk and dwell on our responsibility to you all.  Sometimes, I listen to music and let my mind wonder as I evaluate how we need to fulfill our promise to you.  Sometimes I review areas where I think I can improve as a person and as an advisor and often it is a reminder to myself of what I already know.  This video talks about what I know to be true but at times I don’t fully meet the full requirement it deserves.  I talk about the importance of listening with a depth and kindness that requires patience and presence.  This aspiration of connection is at the top of the list for me.  I will continue the quest of true care-filled listening with each of you.  Look at the video and let me know your thoughts.  I look forward to connecting soon.
