Walking with Will - Renewal

I have found renewals in my life to be both frequent and comforting. I have held the hopeful belief that life throws invitations of renewal to me on a daily basis.  Sometimes these are big and sometimes they are small. I don’t take any of them for granted as they have a precious cumulative effect.  I look forward to symbols of renewal we are about to see and smell in spring. The anticipation of the reemergence of the natural world recently invisible under snow is about to reassure us with a new feel.  I have people who I see who always center me in hope and energy for moving forward in a new way.  My family of origin in particular has always done that for me.  There are also places in my life where I feel renewal without having to do much.  Collegeville, MN is a key sanctuary for me to find such great hope and inspiration for what is in front of me.  I shot a video there talking about how Kurt, Heidi and I are required to press forward no matter how daunting the world gets and to look for renewal in being better partners with you.  I ask myself how I can dig down to serve you all and be reenergized, curious and improved.

I invite you to tell us what you think we are doing well.  Tell us what we can do better and or what we should just stop doing.  Your feedback can be a great spark for an unexpected renewal for Shamrock to be better.  Those spurts of growth are the most fun to experience.  The renewal we can’t predict is the sweetest gift.
